Welcome to Lexington!
As an authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP) school, Lexington divides its classes into 8 subject areas. Our "Meet the Teacher" pages are organized the same way. Some of the subject areas in the MYP may be a bit unfamiliar so we've tried to clarify them below. Our grade levels are also referred to differently than a traditional middle school. Sixth grade is referred to as MYP Year 1, seventh as MYP Year 2, and eighth as MYP Year 3. The teachers are ordered by their MYP level (though some teach more than one).
