Meet Your Coordinators & School Counselors

Coordinators

Mr. Kroll
International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme Coordinator

Hey Lynx!

My favorite part of being Lexington Middle’s IB coordinator is helping students realize just how powerful and impactful they can be. Service is central to our IB program and PBIS model and I am always so moved by the effort displayed by our Lynx to change the world around them for the better. You are all full of incredible potential and I am humbled by the small part we can play in helping you to realize it.

My favorite Learner Profile Trait is Balanced. Staying balanced is so important and also the trait I struggle with the most. Make sure you are working on staying balanced by spending quality time with your family and friends, going outside, as well as pursuing academics and service. It's important to learn this now because it certainly doesn’t get any easier to start when you’re older.

Mrs. Beecroft

Multi-Tiered Systems of Support & Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports Coordinator

Lexington Middle School is so much more than just a middle school, it’s a place to grow, experience, and establish a love of learning set to last a lifetime. There is a sense of community and support across the staff that is unlike anywhere else and I am so thankful to be a part of a team as kind and accepting as the Lynx.

As the PBIS and MTSS Coordinator, it is my job to ensure that students are successful and supported in every venture throughout their three years with us. The learner profile trait that I believe I exemplify most is open-minded. I firmly believe in the importance of working hard to be open and accepting of all students and their unique individualities.

I love working with middle school students and the staff members at Lexington Middle are second to none. Everyone here cares so much about the students. I can't wait to see and work with students in person. The learner profile trait I most embody is "thinker".

I am in Education because I love people and want to help them learn and also learn from them! I love Lexington because it has a great group of students and staff. I am looking forward to next year because I want to welcome all of you to the Lynx family. As part of our learner profile, I feel I embody the “reflective” trait because I enjoy looking back at past experiences and I continue to work on the “knowledgeable” trait as I grow in knowledge each year!
